At LyallWay.com.au, we offer a minimum Lay by amount of $50. Item(s) valued less than this won’t be considered for Lay by.
We also offer a minimum deposit of $20 for good(s) below the value of $100 and for goods greater than $100, a 10% deposit is required when placing your order.
An invoice will be sent to the LyallWay.com.au team once the order is successfully created using the Lay by option.
This payment needs to be cleared within 2 days.
Balance payment must be paid within 30 days from date of sale.
Your product will be dispatched on clearance of all dues.
A termination fee is also implied if you are to cancel the Lay by agreement. We charge 5% off the item price as the termination fee.
We will refund all amounts you have paid if the Lay by agreement is to be cancelled, except for the termination charge.
Goods on Lay by cannot be exchanged for the same goods reduced in price after the original Lay by sale.
We can only cancel a lay-by agreement if:
You have breached a term of the agreement (such as missing a scheduled payment).
We are no longer trading.
Or the item(s) is no longer available due to circumstances outside our control.
